COLUMBIA LAUNCHES TURBODOWN – THE HOTTEST COLLECTION THIS WINTER
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Columbia has today unveiled their latest collection of technical jackets, TurboDown. The new range of outerwear blends style and technology, in what’s set to be the hottest collection to hit the slopes this winter.
TurboDown products combine down and synthetic filling to deliver unrivalled warmth and comfort. Available in a range of designs and color options, the collection features jackets and vests for both men and women.
Constructed using a patent-pending process, TurboDown jackets feature a unique weave of Omni-Heat thermal insulation and natural down, along with Omni-Heat Reflective technology in a single layer. It’s this industry leading technology that sets the range apart, enabling supreme performance in all conditions.

Columbia and Sun & Sand Sports will officially launch the TurboDown range with a unique in-mall activation, enabling outdoor enthusiasts to experience TurboDown in sub-zero temperatures. Participants, dressed in a TurboDown jacket, will be tasked with hunting for hidden elements whilst surrounded by artificial snow in a specially designed experience zone.
The launch of the in-mall activations will also coincide with a brand new social media app, ‘What’s your adventure style’. The new app will quiz users on what kind of holiday adventure they would like to go on, before revealing which Columbia products are most well suited to their individual adventure.
The TurboDown collection is available at standalone Columbia and select Sun & Sand Sports stores throughout the Middle East.
